I HAVE A WACOM TABLET INSTALLED, BUT CANNOT RIGHT-CLICK WITH THE PEN.

• Deactivate the Tablet API so that SCRATCH can control it. Activate the "UI:Disable Tablet API " variable in the System Settings/Advanced Settings/Configuration menu.

I CANNOT SEE MY IMAGE ON THE SDI DISPLAY, ONLY THE ASSMILATE LOGO.

• Turn on "Enable Output" in Player/Settings/Monitor.

SDI WIPE (OVERLAY) DOESN'T WORK.

• Ensure the SDI signal is not set to Dual YUV in System Settings/SDI Settings.
• Ensure "Overlay" is turned ON in Player/Settings/Monitor.

ACTIVATION FAILS: "ACTIVATION CONNECT FAILED [0]"

• First, the system must be online for the activation process to connect to our server.
• Ensure there is no firewall blocking access to the web.
• We've seen a few cases (only on OSX) where this was caused by a Disk Permission problem.
• Run Repair Disk Permissions in Disk Utility. Then reboot the system.

I GET DROP FRAME INDICATIONS DURING PLAYBACK

• Ensure the Player / Settings / Monitor Sync is set to "Video" so the SDI signal is locked to the System Settings / SDI Settings

I CANNOT GET MY TANGENT ELEMENTS TO WORK

• If you have followed the instructions available at http://www.assimilatesupport.com/akb/KnowledgebaseArticle50567.aspx but still have the panels inactives, then you might face a connection issue.
• The Tangent Hub software is delivered with a small application named "Synapse". It can be found in the Applications/Tangent folder (on Mac) or Windows / Start / All Programs / Tangent (PC).
  This small application will detect if panels are connected to the computer.
• If they appear in red (not connected) then check the extender or hub used and refer to http://www.tangentwave.co.uk/support/documents/Element_pre-purchase_FAQ.pdf for details about the supported items.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE SCRATCH UI COLOR AND FONTS ?

• Yes. SCRATCH UI sheme can be selected in User Settings. To customize the Texts, Outlines, Notes etc, use Ctrl + U while in the Player.
  Note: Any change in these settings will be saved as UserSetting.reg files in the user folder and hence won't affect the other users UI.

I JUST INSTALLED NVIDIA SDI CARD AND ALL I SEE IS A GREEN SCREEN ON MY SDI OUTPUT

• Toggle Color spaces in System Settings/SDI Config.
